GENERAL
We only deliver cars in the Algarve.
Besides the international airport of Faro, we can deliver cars at your hotel or resort upon request and subjected to a small surcharge.
“Rent it here, leave it there” is possible throughout the Algarve upon request and subjected to a small surcharge.
Minimum rental period is 3 days.
Minimum drivers age is 23.
Drivers license must be valid in Portugal and held for more than 2 years. Please ensure to have all necessary documents available as proof.
DEPOSIT
No deposit on your credit card will be requested at your arrival. The car hire company requires the valid credit card details for security
reasons and extra charges (e.g. fuel missing at return, tolls, extra-day, etc.)
RESERVATION
To make a reservation we must have full details of your flight number, flight time and departure airport.
When completing the reservation form, please check your email address once again as without it, we cannot reply to you.
Reservations must be done not less than 48 hours in advance of your arrival in Portugal to guarantee a confirmation of your booking.
At the airport a friendly staff member of the company will wait you at the arrival gate bearing a signal with your name on it. Please look for this signal.
Baby/Child seat(s) are available free of charge upon request. Please mention this within the reservation form to guarantee availability.
PRICE INFORMATION
One rental day is equal 24 hours – Each fraction of a day is considered as an aditional day – Tolerance 2 hours.
Prices quoted on this web page are our best rates and further discount cannot be granted.
Rates for 3 days are 50 % of the weekly rates.
Rates more than 3 and less than 7 days are based on the 3 day pro-rata.
Rates more than 7 days are based on the 7 day pro-rata.
Bookings made for less than 7 days require a payment of airport delivery charge of 13 Euros per rental.
Full payment is required upon signing the rental agreement. The payment has to be done with a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Eurocard, Diners Club or American Express), travellers cheques or in cash (also foreign currencies) – foreign cheques cannot be accepted.
All quoted rates include free mileage, unlimited public liability, Collision Damage Waiver with non-waivable excess (excess amount depend on the received car group) and V.A.T 23%.

INSURANCE
In addition to compulsory third party insurance, collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft cover are provided.
Personal accident insurance is not included. Insurance cover is subject to an excess and your maximum liability is indicated below:

Fuel Policy
Return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when picked up
There is no credit given for fuel remaining in the tank at return time

YOUNG DRIVERS
Minimum driver age is 25 years old.
We allow drivers under 25 years old to rent a car.
Drivers must have held a valid full driving licence for at least 1 year.
No Young Driver fee. Insurance excess amount may differ.
OLDER DRIVERS
No maximum age limit
SEASONS
Low Season: November through March, Mid Season: April through June and October, High Season: July through September.
Rates are NOT subject to negotiation.
Booking a vehicle for use within a given season will incur the seasonal rate, REGARDLESS of when the booking was made.
If the make and model of the car you’ve selected is unavailable, we will provide you with a similar vehicle at the same price.
HIGHWAY PAYMENTS
All Auto Season cars are equipped with a Via Verde official transponder. This device automatically records motorway use and charges are logged electronically.
If you choose to travel on motorways, we will receive a record of your usage from the authorities and charge the amount they tell us to your credit card.
We do not charge for use of the transponder; there are no hidden charges for this convenience.
